Proudly serving the spill prevention needs of the military, agriculture, railroad, trucking, drilling, oil, fracking and construction industries.
Polystar Containment has been manufacturing corrosion-resistant secondary containment systems for more than 20 years. The need for these custom secondary containment and spill prevention products to have both structural integrity and corrosion resistance led us to use fiberglass reinforced plastics in our product development.
Our use of composite plastic materials to manufacture many of our spill containment products has revolutionized the secondary containment industry. Structural fibers, combined with the correct resin system, offer less fatigue, less thermal expansion, and less thermal transfer as well as providing far greater corrosion resistance, strength, and product longevity than alternatives.
Our facilities move to Stow, Ohio in the summer of 2013 has doubled our production/manufacturing space with dedicated departments for welding and fiberglass production as well as a larger space for inventory for new clients. As the 21st century gains momentum, Polystar is ready to assist companies in-need of SPCC-compliant solutions.
These advantages allow us to engineer larger and stronger components for heavy duty use. See our Star Track, Containment Pad, Poly Dike MPE and other systems for our innovative use of these modern materials.
Polystar is an original equipment manufacturer. All of the products Polystar sells are engineered and manufactured in our own manufacturing plant. Polystar’s skilled employees will assist you in every phase of your custom secondary containment project, including installation.
"I have been installing Poly Dike MPE Systems for well over a year. My business requires a system that ships easily and installs quickly with minimal personnel and tools yet provides robust spill containment in a professional looking package. The MPE System not only meets, but exceeds my expectations in each of these areas ... All-in-all, I guess what’s most impressive is that after a single installation, every customer of mine now requires that I use the Poly Dike MPE for his job site. Nothing speaks more to the confidence me and my customers have in the MPE system than that."

“I just received an email this morning stating that it was fabulous. Two guys set it up and it worked perfectly. The customer is extremely satisfied and grateful. Thank you for supporting this requirement and ensuring it was all you claimed it would be. Great asset to have!”
