STAR TRACK is a modular composite spill containment system that contains incidental spills that occur during railcar transfer operations. Our transloading containment system is easily installed using hand tools. STAR TRACK system components may be used as individual drip pans or ganged together to accommodate multiple transloading spill prevention applications over several thousand feet.
STAR TRACK systems are manufactured from your choice of high-strength, corrosion-resistant fiberglass, galvanized steel, or stainless steel. Each transloading spill containment system consists of three, low profile, 4″ high x 20′ long pans (total width of approximately 10 feet):
Each of the three pans may be used independently, or connected to the other pans via an optional drainage manifold, which fits snugly underneath and across all three pans. Drain ports, located in each pan, allow collection of fluids from all three pans. Each manifold may be connected to a collector drain pipe (provided by others), to a collection drain or sump pump.
